We take part in many races and competitions on a variety of courses from fell and road to track and field. To focus our appearances at the races and build a friendly rivalrly we select a number of these races to be part of our club championship. The series is free to join, you just need to enter any of the chosen races and you’ll be part of the championship. Full rules, fixture lists and scoring can be found from the links below.

Internal Competitions
We award prizes for the best track and field performances, run a cross country league and the annual presentation evening is a great place to get your hard work recognised. In addtion to these club competitions we organise our own long standing internal competitions such as the John Orrel Mile, the Ken Crouch Womens 3K and the Tom Fillingham 5K.
Deram Trail Race
We also organise our own race that is open to members of the public to enter – the Dream Trail race. This is a friendly and popular race over mutli terrain run in the parkland surrounding the iconic Dream sculpture.
